Overview
DY90/20 monorail hydraulic mobile device (also known as "cable towing monorail crane") is a device that uses suspended tracks and hydraulic power to achieve cable towing and temporary storage at the end of the fully-mechanized working face in coal mines. As a special device for cable towing and hanging in mines, this device can reduce the number of cable movements, reduce the number of staff, and reduce the labor intensity of workers. This machine uses a hydraulic push-pull device and a hydraulic spring composite brake device to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment.
 

This equipment is a special device for cable towing, hanging, and temporary storage between the mobile power station and the unit in the fully-mechanized working face.
 Main features

1. The cable only needs to be laid once, which reduces the labor intensity of workers.
The equipment is very simple to operate. The forward and backward movement can be completed by moving three valve handles. The operation is flexible and convenient. The original cable movement method requires at least 3 to 4 people to coordinate to complete the work. After adopting this device, only one person is needed, which improves work efficiency and saves personnel expenses.
2. The emulsion pump station of the comprehensive mining working face is used as the power source, and no hydraulic system is required.
3. The brake belly plate type double spring hydraulic composite brake is used, which has large braking force, low requirements on guide rail accuracy and strength, and no participation of any electrical equipment, ensuring safe and reliable use of the equipment.
4. The equipment is small in size and light in weight. The standard components have small dimensions. 5. Each component can be disassembled and assembled independently, which is convenient for transportation and installation.

1. Main structure
The monorail crane consists of rails, brakes, propulsion cylinders, cable trolleys and other components (see Figure 1). Detailed description is provided in the attached figur.

(1) Usage: The brake can be placed in the middle or at the end (towards the coal mining machine) of the cable trolley according to different user usage methods. When placed at the end, only one cable trolley is set behind the brake to be rigidly connected to the brake. With each advancement of the fully mechanized mining face, the push cylinder must be operated continuously. When placed in the middle, the cable trolley connected to the two brakes is rigidly connected to the brake. The trolley on the side of the coal mining face uses a rigid rod (prepared by the user) to connect the trolley at the end to the tail of the scraper conveyor. With the advancement of the scraper conveyor, the rear cable trolley is pushed by the automatic device. When the cable trolley is shortened to the shortest distance, the push cylinder handle is operated to gradually straighten the cable section at one time. When the entire trolley is shortened to the shortest distance, the mobile power station needs to be moved forward. This method of use has fewer operations and less frequent movements.
(2) Operation: First, hang the cables to be dragged one by one on the cable hanging trolleys at the maximum distance, and put the excess cables on the special cable trolley at the end of the mobile power station. As the comprehensive mining face continues to advance, when it is necessary to drag the cable, first operate the brake cylinder control valve handle to open the front brake, then operate the push cylinder handle to extend the push cylinder piston rod, push the front brake and the cable hanging trolley to move one step (800) toward the power station. After the push cylinder reaches the stroke, operate the brake cylinder control valve handle in the reverse direction, close the front brake, open the rear brake, and then operate the push cylinder handle in the reverse direction to pull the rear brake forward one step. After the operation is completed, all handles return to the middle position. Repeat this operation, and the maximum moving distance can be 50 meters. When the cable hanging trolley reaches the minimum distance, the substation needs to be moved. When moving the power station, the power station and the end brake are connected with a wire rope. As the power station moves, the cable hanging trolley and the cable are gradually extended.
